The Healer Class Tier List of WoW Classic WotLK
S-Tier: Holy Paladin 
Holy Paladins see an explosive rise to the top in Wrath of the Lich King, becoming the strongest healing specialization in the game, after having to suffer as the weakest healer for all of TBC. It won’t be rare to see raids with 2 Holy Paladins in them, and occasionally even 3 — that’s more than half of a raid’s 4-5 healers! And it’s not very hard to see why — we get an unbelievable amount of buffs in Wrath.
 
Our healing throughput has been turbo-charged as there are multiple talents that boost Holy Light, we have a pretty overpowered constant shield in Sacred Shield, Holy Shock‘s cooldown has been reduced to 6 seconds giving us some potent instant healing, we still have incredible mana longevity thanks to Divine Plea, and we finally get the ability to heal multiple targets at once thanks to the incredibly powerful Beacon of Light — the most mispronounced ability name in the game. Holy Paladins have a jaw-dropping amount of healing now, and it will be pretty common for them to be topping healing meters.
 
A- Tier: Discipline Priest
During Wrath of the Lich King Classic, tides are turning in your favor if you are a Discipline Priest main, you are in the top 3 healing specs of the game, and it is all thanks to some new abilities and talents that make your healing top the meters.
 
Penance, Borrowed Time, Soul Warding, and Divine Aegis are among the abilities that make this spec so good at healing. You can prevent damage spamming shield on everyone thanks to Soul Warding, Divine Aegis allows you to leave a small shield on the target every time your healing abilities get a critical strike, Penance is very good at single target healing, and Borrowed Time gives 25% haste to the next spell you cast after casting Power Word: Shield.
 
While those abilities are pretty cool and allow you to compete in the healing meters, you still have utilities like Power Infusion, Pain Suppression, and Rapture to help the raid or the group, being Rapture one of the best tools to restore resources to the other players. The only bad thing about Discipline Priests is that they do not get that much of a benefit from the legendary healing weapon Val’anyr, Hammer of the Ancient Kings.
 
B-Tier: Holy Priest
Holy Priest in Wrath is very similar to Holy Priest in TBC. You have your circle of healing now on a six-second cooldown to pump out those huge raid heals and you can pump out a prayer of mending for huge heals as well. Holy Priests can be absolute hps machines but you aren't bringing a lot unique to the table in terms of utility. Your guardian spirit is one big utility you have and it's basically a tank-saving ability. It increases the healing received by the target by 40%. You can basically just throw this ability on the tank and let your other healers deal with them while you pump up the raid with massive heals. Holy Priest is going to pump on some fights.
